Emicool has a District Cooling Plant in Mirdif Hills with a capacity to generate 8,200 TR. The project, completed in 2020, delivers chilled water to the entire development. Mirdif Hills is a mixed-use development in Mirdif, Dubai, adjacent to Mushrif Park, and has over 1,500 apartments, retail outlets, hospitals, hotels, commercial establishments, and community recreation.
