Emicool District Cooling Plant is located in Fujairah and is designed to supply the chilled water services and requirements of Fujairah Business Centre. The total capacity of the chilled water plant is 3,800 TR

Emicool District Cooling Plant is situated on Palm Deira Islands and is being constructed mainly to cater to the Night Market and for future hotels and commercial buildings which are being constructed in that area. The project consists of four centrifugal chillers sharing a capacity of 12,000 TR (each 3,000 TR) and a 5,000 TR TES Tank taking the total capacity up to 17,000 TR.

Emicool is in the process of developing and constructing a District Cooling Plant located in Mirdif Hills, mixed-use development situated in Mirdif, Dubai, adjacent to Mushrif Park. Mirdif Hills comprise of over 1,500 apartments, retail outlets, hospitals, hotels, commercial options, and community recreation.

Emicool District Cooling Plant is located in Dubai Motor City and is designed to supply the chilled water services to located in Motor City commercial and residential buildings. The total capacity of the chilled water plant is 45,000 TR

Emicool District Cooling Plant is situated in Dubai Investment Park (DIP) and is designed to supply the chilled water services to adjacent DIP area. Emicool's Headquarters is situated here as well. District Cooling Plant's total capacity of the chilled water is 13,250 TR
